RiverLanding LLC currently only provides residential leasing but are looking to expand to commercial. Our team has experience in marketing properties, negotiating contracts and maximizing value for our clients. RiverLanding LLC currently offers short and long-term rentals.

This includes local market knowledge, zoning expertise, construction management, institutional-quality financial modeling and reporting capabilities and national access to debt and equity capital markets.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
RiverLanding LLC manages all in-house residential properties throughout Robeson County. We provide value-oriented management services with the goal of maximizing rental revenue and minimizing expenses while implementing energy efficient practices. Our company delivers detailed accounting and management reporting, building service and repair monitoring, and excellent customer service for all tenants.
